About The Position

Alliance Global Group LLC (AGG) is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio. This role involves providing comprehensive financial management and system support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial execution, reconciliation, reporting, case closure, annual case reviews, delivery reporting, and decision support. Key duties include researching and resolving financial discrepancies, managing dormant commitments and Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs), developing expenditure data for reporting in SAMIS, and performing financial and logistic system analysis to support financial reviews and reporting.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check.
2 years of Financial Analyst experience.
Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship.
Must be local to Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.

Nice To Haves

1 year of FMS experience.

Responsibilities

Provide financial management and system support services for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.
Manage financial execution, reconciliation, reporting, case closure, annual case reviews, and delivery reporting.
Research and resolve dormant commitments and Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
Develop expenditure data for delivery reporting within the Security Assistance Management Information System (SAMIS).
Identify, research, and resolve FMS case/line discrepancies.
Research and resolve financial and logistic system discrepancies in support of annual financial reviews.
Perform delivery reporting technician functions.
Provide decision support services, including system financial data extrapolation, modeling, and assessments.
Verify the accuracy of data inputs into financial, logistical, and payment systems.
Research and analyze funds reconciliation based on data from Government database systems.
Reconcile cases and lines to ensure accuracy and correct application to FMS cases.
Conduct research, modeling, and anticipate issues by combining in-depth knowledge of FMS processes and procedures.
