About The Position

SEACORP is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial guidance in support of the Electronic Warfare Business Area. This role is responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while delivering actionable insights that enable informed business decisions and successful program execution. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong financial acumen, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to leaders at all levels of the organization. The Senior Financial Analyst supports financial planning and budgeting activities, develops forecasts and projections, performs financial analyses for leadership, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure sound financial management. This position also plays a key role in month-end reporting, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations that improve business performance across multiple programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles for Level III; 10+ years for Level IV progressively responsible financial analysis experience supporting complex programs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance is Required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis for large, multi-million-dollar programs.
  • Experience supporting DoD, Aerospace, or Electronic Warfare (EW) programs.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and program performance measurement.
  • Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas).
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including financial software (CostPoint/DelTek, specifically).
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present financial information to senior leadership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts.
  • Under U.S. Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Secret Security Clearance is strongly preferred.
  • Experience mentoring junior financial analysts is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial management of multiple complex programs, including large, multi-year efforts with multiple contracts, task orders, or subprograms.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze program budgets, forecasts, estimates at completion (EACs), and financial performance metrics.
  • Provide financial guidance during proposal development, contract awards, and program execution.
  • Partner with Project Managers to monitor cost, schedule, and funding.
  • Analyze budget estimates and financial proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations highlighting program performance and key risks.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions to improve program performance.
  • And any other duties or tasks as assigned.
