You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: Support plant financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, production reporting, and capital expense tracking. Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting and analyses to support plant and finance leadership. Analyze labor, overhead, and production variances, identifying drivers, trends, and anomalies. Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities and support follow‑up analysis and tracking. Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to track spend, savings initiatives, and performance metrics. Prepare materials and analyses for monthly Operations Packages and routine financial reviews. Maintain and improve financial models, reports, and tools, with a focus on automation and efficiency. Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Operations or Manufacturing experience preferred.
