Position Summary: The Financial Analyst II, Production provides financial analysis and decision support for Production and Manufacturing operations. This role focuses on cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support operational efficiency, cost control, and strategic decision-making. This mid-level role requires experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment; experience working within a matrixed organization is preferred. The ability to organize large sets of data and synthesize varying data sets is required. The Financial Analyst II, Production possesses intermediate Excel modeling skills, the ability to correct errors to ensure accuracy, and produce high-quality work. They are capable of supporting actual results, annual budgets, and financial projections. The Financial Analyst II, Production works closely with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams. FLSA: Exempt
