  • Manage portfolio of capital projects and partner strategically with Program Management, Engineering, and Operations leadership to develop ROI, EAC, and funding analysis that directly informs business decisions.
  • Advise on optimal strategies to meet key schedule milestones while ensuring teams are executing within financial constraints; proactively identify where financial flexibility can enable programmatic success.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding business unit strategies, constraints, and priorities; communicate technical financial analysis in clear narratives for non-financial stakeholders and influence executive-level strategic decisions.
  • Continuously improve financial processes, source data quality, models, and reporting by identifying key performance drivers and introducing new analytical methods, including experimentation with emerging tools and approaches.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation, initiative, curiosity, and ability to deliver results while maintaining flexibility to support cross-functional team needs.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, taking ownership to drive actions and meet deadlines; work with agility and adapt strategies based on evolving business needs.
