About The Position

The Financial Analyst II supports the monthly financial analysis and reporting, the company’s planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, while also working with department leaders to help them manage their budgets and KPIs. Incumbent contributes detailed, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis, while also being an effective partner to department leaders and other key stakeholders in the business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or other relevant area
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or other relevant area
Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate financial data from base datasets with limited supervision
Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills, demonstrating consistent attention to detail; solid organization and workflow skills.
Attention to detail and pride in quality of work product
Self-starter with a natural curiosity and desire to learn from those around them
Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

Telecom industry knowledge or experience preferred
Experience working in ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) preferred
Financial modeling and data analysis presentation experience
