We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the US Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing strategic business planning and analytical support to the fast-paced, high-performance US Pharmaceutical division. In this role, you will help the business gain deeper insights into brand performance and trends, anticipate future market developments, and evaluate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Two years or more of relevant Accounting or Finance experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex expense forecast models.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage all levels of management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required; experience with Hyperion is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support to the US Pharmaceuticals business, including detailed expense management analysis.
  • Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with corporate deadlines.
  • Analyze actual results versus budget/forecast, identifying and explaining variances to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external business partners.
  • Support the Accounting group with analytical, accounting, and reporting tasks, including monthly fluctuation analysis of actuals versus plan/forecast.
  • Load budgets and forecasts into Hyperion and maintain accurate financial models.
  • Conduct quarterly obsolescence analyses.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests to support the US Pharmaceutical business as needed.
