Financial Analyst I, Day Shift, Financial Planning
About The Position
Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Financial Analyst I for our Financial Planning department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Financial Analyst I, you will provide facility leadership with analysis and reports/presentations regarding the facility’s revenue, expenses, utilization, productivity, and other ad hoc reports as requested. You will also assist the finance and financial planning teams in preparing facility expense budgets and monitor variances monthly, provide all necessary information/supporting documentation to assist accounting and finance teams in completing the monthly financial close process, and complete Capital Expense Request forms and obtain the appropriate authorizing signatures for all capital expense requests for the facility. You will also comply with all privacy standards of the facility and the healthcare system, and other state and federal regulations as they apply. Other tasks related to the financial operations of the facility as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in healthcare finance or related field
Responsibilities
