About The Position
Performs central accounting and financial analysis functions according to established procedures. This role also involves serving as a backup for primary depositor duties, facilitating new fund setups, creating and processing journal entries (JVs) for fund transfers, and providing backup support for various interoffice tasks. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience OR combination of education and experience to equal 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process Daily Deposit and upload in Xtender.
- Facilitate New Fund Setups by obtaining required department information and submitting requests.
- Create and process Journal Entries (JVs) to transfer funds and maintain data integrity.
- Serve as backup for interoffice tasks including submitting and collecting daily bank activity and remote deposits.
- Process and send out W-9 and invoices.
- Report meter readings.
- Sort mail.
- Send insurance reminders.
- Upload daily revenue file.
