About The Position

The Financial Analyst I supports the monthly financial analysis and reporting, the company’s planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, working with department leaders to help them manage their budgets and KPIs. The incumbent contributes detailed, accurate, and timely reporting and analysis, while also being an effective partner to department leaders and other key stakeholders in the business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or other relevant area.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, financial analysis or other relevant area.
Ability to structure, analyze, and communicate financial data from base datasets with limited supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with Finance team members and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Attention to detail and pride in quality of work product
Self-starter with a natural curiosity and desire to learn from those around them
Moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel

Nice To Haves

Telecom industry knowledge or experience preferred.
Experience working in ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. D365, Power BI) a plus
