About The Position

The Financial Analyst, FP&A supports intelligent, financially sound decision-making by building the data foundation and reporting that leadership relies on. This is an entry point into PAR's FP&A team for someone who is detail-oriented, curious about the business, and eager to develop financial and analytical skills in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field (internship experience considered)
• Strong Excel skills and exposure to Claude and other AI tools
• Solid attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data clearly
• A self-starter mentality and willingness to take on more and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Own the recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses that leaders check first
• Help shape budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide where PAR invests next
• Turn raw data from our financial systems into numbers people can trust
• Track KPIs and be the first to spot (and flag) a trend or variance worth talking about
• Build the materials behind monthly and quarterly business reviews, and see your work in front of leadership
• Dig into ad hoc analyses and special projects that stretch your skills
• Find smarter ways to streamline and automate reporting, so your team spends less time on manual work and more on insight
