About The Position

TouchCare is a healthcare concierge service dedicated to simplifying the complexities of health insurance and the healthcare system. They assign each member a personal assistant to help resolve billing issues, coordinate with providers, and save individuals time and money, aiming to make navigating healthcare more convenient and stress-free. The company is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, forecasting, and business insights across the organization. This role involves partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and provide visibility into company performance. It is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow within a high-growth environment and gain exposure to both strategic finance and operational decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, or related field
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, benefits, or subscription-based business models
  • Exposure to SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline, revenue forecasting)
  • Experience with tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, or BI platforms

Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, headcount, and operating expenses
  • Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to support business decisions
  • Analyze performance trends and provide insights on variances vs. plan
  • Assist in evaluating new initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership
  • Build dashboards and reports to track performance across the business
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support development and improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools
  • Assist with implementation and optimization of financial systems
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
