About The Position
TouchCare is a healthcare concierge service dedicated to simplifying the complexities of health insurance and the healthcare system. The company is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning, forecasting, and business insights across the organization. This role involves partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and provide visibility into company performance. Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, consulting, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or subscription-based business models
- Exposure to SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, pipeline, revenue forecasting)
- Experience with tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, or BI platforms
Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
- Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, headcount, and operating expenses
- Track and analyze key financial and operational KPIs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to support business decisions
- Analyze performance trends and provide insights on variances vs. plan
- Assist in evaluating new initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance across the business
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Support development and improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools
- Assist with implementation and optimization of financial systems
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
