HPHA is a multi-site organization that includes Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital. The Business Consultant assists their assigned Directors with the creation and monitoring of program budgets, forecasts, business cases and performance management information. Each Business Consultant will also be assigned specific responsibilities.
