Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SQL queries
• Preferred bachelor’s degree with finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Business background with core understanding of the aforementioned areas and ability to support senior team members with reporting for these functions

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning processes across departments
• Develop and maintain project forecasting models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis
• Identify trends and performance drivers through deep analysis of operational, billing, and financial datasets
• Support internal and third-party workstreams, including financial, legal, and operational
• Work closely with the data team to prepare reporting packages, dashboards, and summary materials for senior leadership from the Company’s operational and billing systems
• Ensure data integrity by performing quality checks and resolving discrepancies between financial systems, data platforms, and prior information summaries
• Translate complex data outputs into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Support ad hoc financial and operational analysis for strategic initiatives and leadership requests
