We’re seeking a Financial Analyst 2 to support SG&A cost centers through hands-on financial analysis, reporting, and planning. In this role, you’ll contribute to critical month-end activities, partner with department managers, and provide insights that help drive better business decisions. Requirements

A 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
2-3 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
Excellent accounting skills with strong systems aptitude, including Excel, Access, general ledger systems, and financial reporting tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Oracle general ledger and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and familiarity with SAP BPC for financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Support Monthly and Annual Closes. Coordinate monthly accounting close activities, prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and establish accruals for assigned SG&A categories.
Analyze and Report Financial Performance. Produce monthly SG&A reporting with variance analysis to plan and prior year, including written commentary.
Support Planning and Forecasting. Assist in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for assigned cost centers and balance sheet accounts.
Contribute to Compliance Activities. Participate in quarterly and annual corporate reporting, audits, and SOX compliance as needed.
Assist Department Managers. Support SG&A budget owners with questions, data requests, and ad hoc reporting needs.
Engage in Cross-Functional Projects. Participate in other finance and business projects as necessary to support broader organizational goals.
