You will work a full-time schedule, becoming an integral part of our dedicated team throughout the week. Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions and opportunities to make a difference! As a Financial Aid Services Advisor, you will create and implement a customer-focused financial aid plan that supports both the unique Paul Mitchell culture and our admissions process. Your day will be spent preparing all paperwork related to grants and loans, counseling Future Professionals and their families on eligibility and guidelines, and ensuring that every financial file meets the highest standards of compliance. You will regularly inspect documentation, stay current on regulations, and provide support for operational and problem-solving tasks. You will demonstrate ethical behavior and confidentiality while working with sensitive information, and you will lead by example-focusing on a variety of tasks, managing multiple projects, and setting priorities in a lively, collaborative office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • Computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and coach others
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Passion for the beauty industry, honesty, and professionalism

  • Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems (preferred)
