Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
- Must not have any National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) restrictions
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Provides high-level customer service to prospective students and students regarding the financial aid process.
- Assists with gathering information on potential students to ensure a trouble-free student financial aid and processing system.
- Presents initial financial aid package.
- Performs routine clerical, office, and data entry tasks.
- Adheres to established company and department policies and procedures.
- Maintains excellent customer service standards in accordance with the mission and purpose of the organization.
