Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in financial aid or finance.
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

Assist students with financial aid applications, scholarships, and loan processes; present at new student orientations to explain available resources.
Develop aid estimates and third-party payment plans tailored to student needs.
Follow up with students to collect required documentation and meet deadlines.
Partner with admissions and other teams to streamline enrollment and financial aid processes.
Interpret and apply regulations to keep operations smooth, compliant, and audit-ready.
Provide clear, supportive communication through meetings, phone calls, and emails.
Participate in school events such as graduations and open houses to foster engagement.
