Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
• Must not have any National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) restrictions
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level customer service to prospective students and students regarding the financial aid process.
• Assists with gathering information on potential students to ensure a trouble-free student financial aid and processing system.
• Presents initial financial aid package.
• Performs routine clerical, office, and data entry tasks.
• Adheres to established company and department policies and procedures.
• Maintains excellent customer service standards in accordance with the mission and purpose of the organization.
