Requirements

3–5 years of financial services sales experience with proven performance
Ability to deliver tailored financial plans based on member goals
Strong communication and presentation skills
Relationship-building across all levels
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Strong time management and organization
Series 63, 65 or 66
Series 7 within 90 days
Life/Health license within 90 days
Comfortable working in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Credit union or community financial institution experience
CFP, ChFC, CLU, CRPC or similar
Experience with virtual advisory tools
Established community network

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with members and recommend tailored financial solutions
Generate new business through proactive outreach and partnerships
Ensure compliance while using tools to manage portfolios and track activity
Collaborate across teams and continuously improve the member experience
Take ownership of growing and managing a financial advisory portfolio while helping members achieve their financial goals
