About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking results-oriented, experienced financial advisors across Arizona. In this position, you will move your established book to an independent platform with 100% portability, engage your clients with tailored strategies that align with their goals, and add a team-override compensation layer based on First-Year Commissions (FYC). This role offers a direct path out of captive and semi-captive firms in Arizona that operate on outdated compensation structures and product shelves. As an Experienced Financial Advisor at WealthBridge, you will leverage your expertise on an open-architecture shelf, including National Life Group (A+ AM Best) and a broad multi-carrier marketplace, with support for Advanced Markets and Premium Finance for HNW cases, and ESI Illuminations (FMAX/Fidelity) for advisory services. The hiring process is selective, with decisions typically made within 14–21 days after legal review of any contractual obligations. The end-to-end process from contract to first production usually takes 30–45 days, accounting for Form U5 release and background checks. Join WealthBridge Financial Group to be part of a passionate team dedicated to exceptional service in Arizona. This is an opportunity for driven individuals to own 100% of their clients on an industry-leading compensation structure.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • Clean or discussable U4/U5 compliance history; no binding non-solicitation, or a clear timeline for expiration
  • Ready to decide within 14–21 days after completing legal review of any restrictions with your counsel
