Requirements

Serving as Investment Adviser Representatives (IARs) under Inspire Advisors while employed as W2 employees of Inspire Investing, LLC.
Delivering holistic financial planning and investment advisory services while building and managing a book of business aligned with Inspire’s mission.
Providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to clients in a fiduciary capacity, always acting in the client’s best interest.
Prospecting for new clients and cultivating relationships through personal outreach and firm-provided leads.
Developing and delivering customized financial plans based on client goals, values, and financial situations.
Opening, managing, and servicing client accounts, including ongoing portfolio oversight and client communication.
Providing ongoing advice and relationship management to maintain and grow client relationships over time.
Utilizing Inspire Advisors’ practice management systems, technology tools, and compliance processes effectively.
Maintaining accurate client records and fulfilling administrative responsibilities such as CRM updates, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment with firm strategy.
Participating in training, onboarding, and continued professional development initiatives.
Representing Inspire in a professional manner consistent with the firm’s mission and values.
