Requirements

  • Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
  • 3+ years of financial services or insurance experience, or equivalent production track record.
  • Southern Arizona client base or clear plan to serve the region.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • No binding non-solicitation, or clear timeline for expiration.
  • Ready to decide within 14–21 days after legal review.
  • Must pass a background check and fingerprinting.

Nice To Haves

  • Series 6/7 + 63/66 preferred.
  • Spanish fluency is a strong advantage for Nogales/Rio Rico.

Responsibilities

  • Transition conversations are personally managed by the regional Managing Director.
  • Transition to owning 100% of your clients on an industry-leading compensation structure.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships in Southern Arizona.
  • Potentially develop a team and earn overrides on First-Year Commissions (FYC).
  • Build a book of business and scale activity, persistency, and book development.
