Requirements

  • Active New Mexico Life & Health insurance license.
  • 3+ years of financial services or insurance experience, or equivalent production track record.
  • Established NM client base and production history.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • No binding non-solicitation, or clear timeline for expiration.
  • Ready to decide within 14–21 days after legal review.
  • Must pass a background check and fingerprinting.

Nice To Haves

  • Series 6/7 + 63/66 preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
