If you've built a book at a captive NM firm and you're the only independent-minded producer in your office, this is the conversation. Los Alamos national-lab and federal-retiree markets and the Santa Fe wealth corridor are both underserved by the independent channel. We respect any contractual obligations you have to your current firm. We are selective. Decisions within 14 21 days after legal review. End-to-end contract-to-first-production timeline typically 30–45 days, reflecting FINRA Form U5 release and background-check processing.
Requirements
- Active New Mexico Life & Health insurance license.
- 3+ years of financial services or insurance experience, or equivalent production track record.
- Established NM client base and production history.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- No binding non-solicitation, or clear timeline for expiration.
- Ready to decide within 14–21 days after legal review.
- Must pass a background check and fingerprinting.
Nice To Haves
- Series 6/7 + 63/66 preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
