Requirements

  • Military experience or affiliation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as a personal coach to military families, focusing on financial plans that evolve to meet short-term and long-term financial goals.
  • Assist military families in managing day-to-day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against the unexpected.
  • Engage with the community to acquire new clients, with support from the local district team and Home Office.
  • Connect with the military community by partnering with local military organizations, military units, and other supporting institutions.
  • Coach military families on building a comprehensive financial plan that includes savings/banking, investments/wealth management, and insurance/risk management.
