About The Position
The Foote Region at Modern Woodmen of America is seeking an entry-level Financial Advisor to help local members and communities. The role involves assessing members’ insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage, providing customer service, and building relationships through referrals, networking, and community engagement. Advisors participate in ongoing training and professional development and work toward business development goals. This is a commission-based opportunity; earnings depend on individual production and performance. The role offers potential access to client-member leads, training and development with a supporting financial services professional, and an environment focused on mutual support and growth. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
Requirements
- Be team-oriented, enthusiastic, positive, self-starting, community-focused, coachable, and goal-driven.
- Be willing to obtain a state insurance license.
