About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is a growing wealth management firm expanding across Arizona. We are seeking driven career changers with no prior financial services experience required to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build a financial services career and anchor communities for the next decade. Advisors will develop comprehensive financial plans, serve a diverse client base, and build their own book of business. The role involves consistent prospecting, client meetings, and follow-ups, with a focus on both activity volume and quality measures. We offer a structured New Associate Program with weekly coaching, training allowance, performance-based incentives, and sponsorship for required licenses. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with commission-based compensation.

Requirements

  • Southern Arizona residency (Pima, Mohave, Santa Cruz, or adjacent county).
  • Strong desire to build a financial services career.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
  • Willingness to pursue SIE + Series 6 or 7 + Series 63/66 within 12 months.
  • Successful background check and fingerprinting.

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish fluency is a material advantage for the Santa Cruz County border market (Nogales, Rio Rico, Tubac).
  • Prior financial experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive financial plans across the 7 planning areas: protection, savings, tax strategy, retirement income, debt management, estate planning, and education funding.
  • Serve Southern Arizona's diverse client base, including university, tech, healthcare, and defense economies, retiree markets, seasonal-resident and small-business markets, and the Santa Cruz County border market.
  • Build a personal book of business, owned by you from day one, with no binding non-solicitation.
  • Participate in the New Associate Program's weekly coaching sessions and structured daily activity framework.
  • Engage in consistent prospecting, client meetings, applications, and follow-ups.
  • Focus on activity volume paired with quality measures such as persistency, client retention, and suitability review.
