About The Position
WealthBridge Financial Group is a growing independent practice seeking experienced financial professionals in Arizona. We offer a direct path for advisors to move their book of business, retain 100% portability, and add a team-override compensation layer. We are selective and respect contractual obligations. Our firm is backed by National Life Group (A+ AM Best) and offers access to a multi-carrier open architecture product shelf. We specialize in Premium Financing, Digital Marketing, CPA Alliances, and Advanced Planning. We are expanding across Arizona and provide infrastructure, training, and access to a benefits package.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
- 3+ years of financial services or insurance experience, or equivalent production track record.
- Established Arizona client relationships and production history.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- No binding non-solicitation, or clear timeline for expiration.
- Ready to decide within 14–21 days after legal review.
- Must pass a background check and fingerprinting.
Nice To Haves
- Series 6/7 + 63/66 preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a book of business.
- Provide financial advice and planning to clients.
- Develop and implement financial strategies.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Develop junior advisors (for those interested in team leadership).
- Utilize the firm's platform for product fit and advanced planning.
