Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial services role.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting a book of business.
  • Strong background in retirement planning, wealth management, financial planning, or estate planning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with an established advisor to service, retain, and grow an existing book of business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful planning, and consistent follow-through.
  • Support client meetings, financial planning discussions, investment strategy conversations, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Assist with transition planning to ensure continuity of client service and a seamless experience for clients over time.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support additional planning, investment, and wealth management needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests, operational needs, and practice priorities are handled efficiently and professionally.
