About The Position

This District Opportunity is designed for motivated advisors who enjoy variety, collaboration, and making an impact across multiple communities. Successful candidates will participate in a structured onboarding and integration period within the district before being assigned to Financial Advisor opportunities based on business needs. During this time, advisors will gain exposure to different branch environments and build strong relationships across the market. Initial training period of approximately 3–6 months. Training may take place at one or more designated locations. Upon successful completion, candidates will be placed into a Financial Advisor role. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to and working from multiple branch locations as operational needs evolve. Mobility across the Toronto Centre district, including Downtown Toronto and surrounding areas, is a core requirement of this opportunity and will be discussed throughout the recruitment process.
