PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. This role involves consulting on investment and insurance strategies, as well as the development of financial plans for clients. It focuses on growing and retaining an investment and insurance book of business, owning the client experience, and efficiently handling sales and service. The advisor identifies sales and/or executes opportunities and makes referrals to internal business partners as appropriate. They acquire, expand and maintain client relationships through business development and client networking, growing client loyalty and share of wallet through an exceptional client experience. The role also involves applying product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems, developing and implementing investment and insurance strategies, determining the best products, and presenting sound financial recommendations and guidance. Establishing and monitoring individual financial plans based on client needs and objectives is key. The advisor actively coaches and educates branch staff and internal business partners to identify investment opportunities, driving investment education and visibility. In partnership with branch manager and/or investment sales associate, they lead the branch team on actions to achieve investment results, showing urgency and leading by example. Regular and effective communication with internal and external partners is essential to build strong relationships that drive referral activity. They regularly meet with branch manager and other internal business partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management, and meet service level agreements on lead and referral follow up. Adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, policies and guidelines is required.
