Requirements

• Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
• 3+ years of financial services or insurance experience, or equivalent production track record.
• Established Arizona client relationships and production history.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• No binding non-solicitation agreements, or a clear timeline for their expiration.
• Readiness to make a decision within 14-21 days after legal review.

Nice To Haves

• Series 6/7 + 63/66 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established book of business.
• Provide financial advice and planning to clients.
• Develop and implement strategies for premium financing, advanced planning, and other specialized areas.
• Build and lead a team, earning override compensation on first-year commissions.
• Progress through a clear career path from Associate to Senior Associate to Managing Director.
