About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking experienced financial professionals in Southern Arizona for a confidential transition conversation. This role offers an industry-leading compensation structure with 100% ownership of your client book. WealthBridge Financial Group, backed by National Life Group (A+ AM Best), provides infrastructure, training, and access to a benefits package. The firm specializes in Premium Financing, Digital Marketing, CPA Alliances, and Advanced Planning, and is expanding across Arizona. This opportunity is for individuals ready to transition from firms like Northwestern Mutual, Edward Jones, or New York Life.

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license.
  • 3+ years of financial services or insurance experience, or equivalent production track record.
  • Southern Arizona client base or clear plan to serve the region.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • No binding non-solicitation agreements, or a clear timeline for their expiration.
  • Readiness to make a decision within 14–21 days after legal review.
  • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting.
  • Securities registration requires filing Form U4.

Nice To Haves

  • Series 6/7 + 63/66 preferred.
  • Established relationships in the Catalina Foothills, Oro Valley, and Marana corridor.
  • Established relationships in the Green Valley/ Sahuarita retiree market.
  • Established relationships in the Lake Havasu/Kingman seasonal resident and small-business market.
  • Established relationships in the Santa Cruz County border market.
  • Spanish fluency is a strong advantage for Nogales/Rio Rico.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a client book of business.
  • Provide financial advice and planning services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for premium financing, advanced markets, and wealth planning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential referral sources.
  • Potentially develop and mentor junior advisors, earning team overrides on First-Year Commissions (FYC).
  • Collaborate with the regional Managing Director.
