About The Position

Kinetic Wealth is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor firm that believes wealth management advice should be comprehensive, extending beyond just portfolio construction to include risk management, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning. They aim to be holistic financial planners, excelling in all areas of financial planning. The firm is experiencing significant growth and is looking for motivated individuals eager for mentorship, coaching, and development to join their advisory team. They aim to serve the underserved market currently receiving advice from large wire houses and make a real difference in clients' lives.

Requirements

3+ years of financial services industry experience.
Securities License (Series 6 or 7), Series 65 and/or SIE.
Strong understanding of wealth management/financial planning.
BS degree in Finance or related field.
Excellent people, communication and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft Office and industry standard software, including financial planning tools.
Ability to maintain compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry.

Nice To Haves

Life, Accident and Health insurance desired.
Sales experience a plus.
Established book of business preferred, not required.
Certified Financial Planner or other industry certifications preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Prepare for client meetings and execute post-meeting actions.
Work with the Client Service Manager to ensure timely follow-through on client requests.
Utilize industry-leading financial planning tools and software.
Offer strategic advice on products and services, including investments, insurance coverage, and tax planning strategies, to meet client objectives.
Research funds, products, and strategies pertinent to specific client situations.
Prospect for new relationships and utilize provided tools and resources to grow the firm.
