About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking to recruit transitioning service members and military spouses for a Financial Advisor role. This program offers a full transition pathway, including pre-licensing guidance, comprehensive training, and mentorship. The role focuses on serving the veteran, military spouse, retiree, and DoD civilian client base in the Puget Sound region. As an independent contractor, advisors own their business and are responsible for their own income and benefits, with compensation being entirely commission-based. WealthBridge provides the necessary infrastructure, training, and licensing support.

Requirements

  • Honorable discharge, active transition (TAP/SkillBridge with command approval), current Guard/Reserve status, or military spouse of an active-duty service member.
  • Washington residency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to learning and professional development.
  • Ability to obtain Washington Life & Disability insurance license.
  • Willingness to pursue SIE + Series 6 or 7 + Series 63/66 within 12 months.

  • Prior financial experience not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial guidance to transitioning service members, military spouses, retirees, and DoD civilians.

  • Grow a client book and potentially mentor junior advisors.
