About The Position

Financial Advisor Training Class for Baton Rouge Your Gateway to Financial Advisory Excellence Duration: 12 Weeks (Starting June 15th) Format: Hybrid Training (In-Person + Online Components if located outside of Baton Rouge but must live in LA or being willing to relocate to LA). This intensive program combines proven methodologies, hands-on coaching, and real-world application to accelerate your journey to success. Here’s the timeline for the Financial Advisor Training Program: 1. You will need: Life & Health License (2 weeks of training) We'll send you our code to get Kapl an Live Training online 2. May 11st: Start Background Check – Takes 3 weeks 3. May 18th: Sign Offer to Contract with us 4. June 15th: Start Training We put you up in the Marriott Hotel in Metairie for 4 nights Week 1 is 24 hours over 3 days Weeks 2-12 are 4-10 training hours/week start building your business by making connections

Requirements

  • Must live near one of our Louisiana Offices.
  • We are unable to sponsor any Visa.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field ( preferred but not required ).
  • A desire to pursue the SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 (we'll sponsor you!)
  • If you already have the Life & Health License or SIE it is a plus!
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role.
  • A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.
