Requirements
- An eagerness to learn and develop in a financial advisory role.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, such as market trends, retirement planning, and investing (training will be provided).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn how to explain financial concepts in a clear and approachable way.
- Good communication skills.
- Enjoy working with others and have a natural ability to listen, ask questions, and help clients feel comfortable.
- Familiarity with financial regulations or a willingness to learn about industry standards (such as FINRA or SEC regulations) is helpful but not required.
Nice To Haves
- Holding any licenses (like Series 65, Life & Health Insurance, or others).
- Familiarity with platforms like Wealthbox CRM, Orion, Schwab/Fidelity, or MS Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage a consistent flow of firm-provided leads, learning to qualify leads, initiate first contact, and build initial rapport.
- Assist senior advisors in conducting high-impact discovery meetings, learning to uncover a lead's true financial pain points and goals.
- Own the middle of the funnel by learning the art of professional follow-up, providing leads with additional data and confidence.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all lead interactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and firm policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to serve as a primary point of contact at firm-hosted events, providing a high-touch welcome for prospective clients.
