About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking entrepreneurial Financial Professionals to join its offices in Garden City and Melville, Long Island. The role involves building and managing an independent financial practice with support from an experienced, collaborative team. Advisors work directly with clients to understand their goals and develop personalized strategies covering retirement, investments, insurance, and estate planning. They educate clients, coordinate with internal specialists and external professionals, and grow their client base through networking, referrals, and marketing. The firm offers mentorship, licensing support, training, professional development, planning resources, digital marketing support, business development systems, and technology to support advisors as they build their practices.

Requirements
