The Financial Advisor I is responsible for delivering holistic, relationship-based financial planning and advisory services to clients and prospects. This role focuses on building long-term advisory relationships through discovery-based conversations that identify client goals, values, and life-stage needs. The Financial Advisor I applies a comprehensive planning approach across investments, retirement, risk management, and other wealth strategies to recommend appropriate solutions in the client’s best interest. Advisors work toward individual and program-level goals, viewing sales outcomes as a natural result of effective advice, trust, and ongoing client engagement. This role operates with appropriate guidance and oversight and is registered with Raymond James Financial, conducting business on behalf of the Investments & Financial Services program.
