Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support our financial advisory team. This role combines administrative support, client service, and operational responsibilities to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or currently in progress)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors
  • Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and assisting with account needs
  • Prepare and process client paperwork, including account openings, transfers, and maintenance requests
  • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with client communications
  • Assist in preparing financial plans, reports, and review materials
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of requests and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry regulations
