About The Position

PictureWealth is seeking passionate Financial Advisers to join their scaled advice team. This role focuses on providing high-quality, phone-based advice across Superannuation and Insurance, supported by strong processes, specialist teams, and modern technology. The Financial Adviser will concentrate on understanding client needs, building trust, and delivering clear, appropriate advice. They will be supported by administration, compliance, and implementation teams, allowing more time for client interaction and less time on manual tasks. This is an opportunity for an adviser who enjoys client conversations, values quality advice, and wants to be part of a growing business that makes advice more accessible.

Requirements

• Currently authorised as a Financial Adviser and listed on the Financial Adviser Register
• Meet current professional standards, including education, exam and CPD requirements
• At least 3 years’ experience in financial planning or financial advice
• Strong technical knowledge across Superannuation and Insurance
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to compliant, quality advice
• Enjoy building rapport with clients and helping them understand their options
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced and technology-enabled advice environment

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, engaging and client-focused financial advice over the phone
• Deliver advice across Superannuation, Insurance, and retirement planning
• Complete client reviews and assess changes in client circumstances
• Prepare and review advice recommendations to ensure they are appropriate, accurate and compliant
• Build trusted relationships with clients and help them take action with confidence
• Work closely with our support, compliance and implementation teams to deliver strong client outcomes
• Support Associate Advisers through guidance, coaching and knowledge sharing where required
