About The Position

BAP Agency is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Financial / Administrative Assistant to become a trusted right hand to the CEO and a key contributor to the company's day-to-day success. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing financial responsibilities with executive support, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and accurately. As an essential member of the team, you will manage financial records, oversee invoicing and reconciliations, support vendor and client relationships, and provide high-level administrative support to leadership. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, professional, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration.
  • 2 years of administrative experience supporting senior management or high-level executives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Experience maintaining general ledgers and managing small business financial records.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for financial reporting and tracking.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity at all times.
  • Demonstrative initiative and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience in bookkeeping or financial administration will be considered.
