About The Position

Seeking an efficient, detail-oriented, self-motivated Financial Accounting Team Lead in Nashville, TN to lead a team and manage accounting projects for healthcare practices. The position involves leading, training, and managing a team responsible for the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, QuickBooks imports, accounting, bookkeeping, and management of projects and workflow for the team, as well as reviewing financial statements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years bookkeeping and accounting experience
• At least 3 years financials and tax experience
• Accountable for budgets and deadlines
• Protocol and procedure compliance
• Attitude of excellence, commitment to team & drive to exceed expectations
• U.S. work authorization required

Nice To Haves

• CPA/EA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Public accounting experience preferred
• QuickBooks Pro Advisor preferred
• Thompson Reuters CS experience preferred
