We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Account Specialist to manage critical financial operations including bank reconciliations, account oversight, fund transfers, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, maintaining financial accuracy, and supporting strong financial processes.
You will work closely with leadership and internal departments to ensure financial compliance, maintain accurate records, and support financial planning efforts.

Requirements

• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial management principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AXOS or similar financial platforms preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and statements for leadership review
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage banking operations and account maintenance through AXOS
• Process and monitor internal fund transfers
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Review financial data from multiple systems for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain the Chart of Accounts and oversee budget uploads
• Monitor financial performance and identify potential financial risks
• Conduct reconciliations and financial reviews to ensure GAAP compliance
