About The Position

As a Finance Transformation - SAP FICO Consultant, Senior Manager, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations within organizations, focusing on streamlining processes, improving controls, and reducing costs. Within our Finance practice, you will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and provide guidance to optimize financial performance and decision-making. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant; SAP S/4 Hana Finance modules (e.g. FICO, etc.)
Understanding of core finance processes within SAP S/4HANA, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay, from a business or functional user perspective
Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP FICO implementation and optimization
Leading strategic finance transformation projects with a focus on operational excellence
Utilizing financial data mining and modeling to drive informed decision-making
Excelling in crafting and conveying clear, impactful financial narratives
Applying systems thinking to identify and address complex financial challenges

Responsibilities

Leading financial transformation projects by leveraging SAP FICO to optimize client financial performance
Advise clients on enhancing efficiency within finance and procurement cycles—such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Source-to-Pay—leveraging SAP S/4HANA’s integrated capabilities and embedded analytics
Lead workstreams in designing future-state business processes by working closely with SAP Consulting teams to drive alignment between functional requirements, business objectives, and SAP S/4HANA solution design
Analyzing client needs and developing strategic financial solutions to enhance decision-making and achieve financial goals
Assessing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and designing solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs
Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation to enhance controls
Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex financial challenges and drive operational excellence
Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities
Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine financial strategies
Directing teams through complex situations with composure and clear communication
Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams to contribute to the firm's success
Modeling professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
