While each of our clients are unique, we organize ourselves into industry-focused teams to ensure that we are best positioned to bring our deep knowledge of that industry to solve growth-related issues to our clients. Within Growth Advisory, we have three specific areas on which we advise: Commercial & Growth – We help our clients realize organic and inorganic growth by identifying where to make strategic bets in core, adjacent, and transformational opportunities, and improving ROI on marketing and sales investments by converting customer needs into desired experiences and outcomes. Talent & Culture – We empower our client’s growth and transformation through alignment of their organizational structure, service delivery model, change management capabilities, and employee experience. The intern position offers excellent growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated individuals.
