Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of experience in finance operations

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant preferred
  • Experience in record to report, procure to pay, order to cash cycles
  • Consulting experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of finance process optimization and financial systems implementations
  • Experience implementing GenAI and digital finance transformation solutions
  • Experience in managerial cost accounting and financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Oracle
  • Familiarity with Data Warehouse/Data Mart architectures and cloud-based solutions
