Our client is actively recruiting a mid-level Finance Transaction Associate (hybrid) candidate to join the Finance Transactions Team for our Denver, CO office. Preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in documenting and closing corporate debt finance transactions, including secured and unsecured, syndicated, and bilateral loans.
