Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and business performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Analytics (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and present 12–24 month projections for sales, costs, and profits.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports and data requested by management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for financial data and reporting from leadership.
