About The Position

The Integration Manager, Finance Transformation is responsible for coordinating and integrating cross-functional workstreams to ensure the successful delivery of finance transformation initiatives. This role serves as the central point of alignment between Finance, Information Technology, Operations, Human Resources, and external partners, driving execution of strategic programs that improve financial processes, systems, controls, reporting, and organizational effectiveness. The Integration Manager ensures project activities remain aligned with business objectives, manages dependencies across multiple workstreams, facilitates decision-making, mitigates risks, and supports change management efforts. This position plays a critical role in delivering sustainable business outcomes during large-scale finance transformation programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Six (6) years of relevant experience
  • Experience as a team leader
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, program management, transformation, consulting, or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing large-scale finance transformation programs.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving Finance and Technology organizations.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and organizational change management.
  • Finance and accounting process knowledge, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Program and portfolio management expertise.
  • Project planning and dependency management.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Risk management and governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a Technology role in banking or a financial services industry
  • Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems preferred.
  • MBA, CPA, PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and integrate activities across all finance transformation workstreams, including process, technology, data, reporting, controls, and organizational change.
  • Establish and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status reviews.
  • Track program progress and escalate risks, issues, and decisions requiring leadership attention.
  • Ensure alignment between project objectives and organizational strategic goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and other functional groups.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders to drive alignment and accountability.
  • Communicate program status, decisions, risks, and achievements to executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and decision-making sessions.
  • Support implementation of finance operating model changes, process improvements, and technology solutions.
  • Coordinate activities related to ERP implementations, financial system enhancements, data governance initiatives, and reporting transformations.
  • Ensure deliverables across workstreams are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Monitor transformation benefits realization and performance metrics.
  • Partner with organizational change management teams to drive user readiness and adoption.
  • Support communication strategies, training plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Identify organizational impacts and develop mitigation plans to address resistance to change.
  • Promote continuous improvement and transformation objectives throughout the organization.
  • Maintain program risk and issue logs.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and potential delivery impacts.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance requirements, and audit standards.
  • Track program budgets, resource allocations, and vendor activities.
  • Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Support business case development and benefits tracking.
  • Assist leadership in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources effectively.
